Benefit Options and Holiday Schedule
Eligibility – Full-Time, Regular Employee’s
Benefits – Coverage is effective on the first day of employment.
Medical – Rally offers 3 choices for benefit plans through United Health Care. In 2 out of 3 of the plan choices, Rally covers 100% of the premium for employees, spouse, and family. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment.
Dental – Rally offers a national dental PPO plan by Delta Dental. Employee premiums are covered at 100% and a majority of the premium is covered for spouses/domestic partner, children, and family.
Basic Life & AD&D – – Group term 2x salary (max of $500,000)
STD – 60% of salary/15 day wait
LTD – 60% of salary/90 day wait
401K –A 401K is offered for employee participation, however no match is currently offered.
Section 125 Plan/Cafeteria Plan – Allows employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to medical and childcare spending accounts, as well as deduction of employee’s payments for premiums on a pre-tax basis.

- Voluntary Life & AD&D - 10k increments for employee
Stock Options – A stock option grant is part of each offer of employment.
Vacation – Two weeks paid, 1 floating holiday and the week between Christmas and New Years off.
Anniversary – 1 additional floating holiday for each year worked up to a maximum of 5 days. Floating holidays are not carried over from one year to the next and may be used only as specifically designated by the company.
