Individual Team Services

Focused Services for Implementing the Agile Team.

For the single, cross-functional team just getting started with Agile, Rally offers comprehensive training and consulting services to get you started.. Your organization can then scale beyond the team using our proven, incremental and results-oriented to become a truly Agile organization. Below are two core workshops we recommend for teams adopting Agile software development.

Implementing the Agile Team

The Implementing the Agile Team workshop accelerates team adoption of Agile practices. In this multi-day offering, an Agile Coach helps a team define its project structure and the practices that will guide its Agile implementation. The coach then launches the team through its first two iterations, from planning through demo, review, and retrospective on to planning sprint two. Learn More

We wanted to do more traditional, classroom-based training, as opposed to what one of the vendors recommended, which was more immersive. I really liked the train-the-trainer approach that Rally takes."
