I will repeat what I said to my Rally colleagues in an email over the weekend: the most fascinating thing to me in the Success Tour is the continuous improvement - each event is subtly better than the previous one. Over a period of time these subtle improvements accumulated to make a big difference.

It is a pleasure writing this note!
