		<description>A nice post on 5 whys, have used it myself in a retrospective and it worked quite well, although I found that it needed to be carefully explained.

The exercise is also nicely described in the book &quot;Agile Retrospectives, Making Good Teams Great&quot; by Esther Derby and Diana Larson</description>
