		<description>Matt,

I visited Lulu for a week about 4 years ago as one of the Rally Agile Coaches. The Agile adoption was just gaining a nice head of steam. I remember meeting an incredibly inventive, passionate, creative group of people eager to keep growing and moving forward. I am so delighted to read your recounting of how Lulu has continued to embrace Agile. At the time I was there, the company had not expanded operations beyond Raleigh. Still, the engineering group knew they wanted to do something to keep up with and propel great growth. Thanks for sharing this story of both your personal commitment and Lulu&#039;s commitment to the innovative advantages Agile brings to the entire business.
