What's it Like to Work at Rally?
Our core values center on employees understanding their personal and professional goals and regularly making and meeting commitments. We make "theory-driven" decisions through a highly creative and collaborative process, and our employees stand-up and contribute. We strive to maintain a work/life balance and give back to the community by donating 1% of our time to volunteer work. Rally also set aside 1% of our equity, upon founding, as part of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado.
Here are just some of the reasons to work for Rally

- A culture like nowhere else – flat organization, open-door policy and collaborative approach to decision-making

We are looking for those who share our passion and the desire to work with the best and brightest. If it sounds like you might thrive in an environment like this, please email your resume and cover letter to jobs@rallydev.com.
What could I expect working for Rally?
For technical teams
By joining our Agile software development team, you will be a part of a group building a world-class collaborative platform for Agile life cycle management. Our product teams live and breathe the same Lean and Agile principles pioneered by Dell and Toyota that are now being rapidly adopted by leading software organizations around the world. At Rally, you will work on an Agile team of 5 to 7 people, prioritizing requirements and testing first to build a product you can be proud of. We work primarily on a Red-Hat Java stack and test with Junit, Selenium and JRuby. Through REST and SOAP API's, we develop and support extensions in Ruby, AJAX, and .NET. From a build and release standpoint, our automated test coverage is near 80%, and we carry less than 25 total defects in development while releasing to customers multiple times per quarter.
For non-technical teams
Rally is for overachievers who want to surround themselves with other smart, competent professionals who are absolutely committed to winning as a team. We've learned how to prioritize our families and our communities, while consistently making and meeting aggressive commitments to each other, our customers and our shareholders. Our vision is huge. Our execution is sharp. As a Rally employee, you'll get a chance to engage with an incredibly talented staff to help us grow from a white-hot early-stage company into a world-class industry leader.
