Marketing Intern

What we're looking for:

A junior or senior year undergrad or MBA student interested in working 10-15 hours per week supporting an experienced, dynamic and fun marketing team with various initiatives. This internship is a great opportunity to gain experience with leading-edge approaches across all the core marketing functions.

Responsibilites will include

  • Research and manage possible media and promotional opportunities
  • Assist in analyzing and managing pay-per-click (PPC) keyword campaigns
  • Setup and delivery of both phone and web-based surveys to existing customers to gain greater insight into effective marketing campaigns
  • Design and manage the 2008 calendar of industry conferences, analyst events and awards
  • Analyze campaign and lead opportunity data analysis in Rally's customer relationship management tool SalesForce.com to ensure data integrity and conformity
  • Setup web "landing pages" for PPC words and banner ads
  • Setup and capture podcasts

Qualifications:

  • Excellent web and computer skills with knowledge of html and web design packages
  • Understanding of Internet marketing and research concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask with excellent organization and follow through
  • Sense of humor
  • Prior experience in marketing intern role a big plus
