QA Engineer

Rally Software Development located in Boulder is a dynamic, growing company that provides software-driven enterprises with the knowledge, coaching and tooling needed to succeed with Agile development practices.

What we're looking for: Rally is seeking a motivated QA Engineer with an innate curiosity about how things work and the drive to improve them. This is a key role on the engineering team helping to guide development and define acceptance tests.

The QA Engineer is responsible for creating and implementing test acceptance criteria, manual testing, recording defects, evaluating test data, problem discovery, tracking and resolution in addition to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by managing customer defects

An ideal candidate would have the following experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of QA experience is recommended.
• Experience testing web based applications using Internet Explorer and/or FireFox.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of software testing methodology.
• Strong team-orientated, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a dynamic development environment.
• Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and have the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Agile Software Development Methods desired.
