Brian Haughton

Brian is a Director with Cognizant with over 20 years of experience and over 12 years of consulting experience. He has been successful managing people, advising clients, optimizing business processes and guiding large technology projects from inception to post-delivery. His current interest is advising client leadership and coaching teams on how to be successful with an Agile approach to software development and enterprise enablement. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) by the Scrum Alliance. As one of the global leaders of the Agile Center of Excellence for Cognizant, Brian is responsible for driving change and supporting teams as they go to market and deliver for clients. In 2011, he built a curriculum and delivered training for over 900 individuals, with a particular focus on user story creation and Product Owner training.
