Agile practices have been experienced primarily in small team environments where co-location, ready access to interactive customers and small team size are the defining rule. Leffingwell will explore if the benefits of agility are being denied to larger software enterprises who don't share the same simple paradigms. This presentation highlights the techniques an enterprise can use to achieve higher agility, quality and better responsiveness to market requirements for complex applications and systems of systems. Actual examples from large scale projects will be shared throughout the presentation. Leffingwell will also address some of the organizational issues that drive or limit enterprise agility.
