Leading provider of Agile life cycle management solutions expands professional services and strategic partnerships
BOULDER, Colo., July 17, 2007 - Rally Software Development Corp.®, the leading on-demand provider of Agile software life cycle management solutions, has named Evan Campbell to the new position of vice president of professional services. Campbell will be responsible for leading Rally's™ Agile transformation team made up of the company's world-renowned Agile coaches and partners.
"Through his many years of experience in software engineering, product development and technology consulting, Evan knows first-hand the impact Agile practices have in transforming software-driven organizations," said Tim Miller, CEO of Rally. Throughout his 15 years in the software industry, Campbell has had responsibility for Agile transformations from the team level to the boardroom. Prior to joining Rally, Campbell served as chief technology officer and vice president of professional services at SolutionsIQ, a 450-person IT consulting company and one of Rally's strategic partners. In that role, he was responsible for leading the company's world-class software development practices, and he created its Agile consulting practice, among others.
Campbell is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He holds an MBA from Rollins College and an MA in International Affairs, Economics and Finance from George Washington University.
