Rally Software Announces New Leadership Roles to Support International Expansion
New senior management positions will help meet the rapidly growing needs of global enterprises and distributed teams
BOULDER, Colo., Feb. 15, 2007 - Rally Software Development Corp., the leading on-demand provider of Agile software life cycle management solutions, today announced that two individuals - Don Hazell and Brad Norris - have stepped up to fill new management positions at the company. The promotions will help Rally support the growing demand for Agile software development across large, multi-national organizations.

Don Hazell, previously executive vice president of sales and marketing, has taken on the role of executive vice president of worldwide sales and field operations. In his new role, Hazell will utilize his 25 years of technology experience to lead Rally into new markets around the globe. Prior to joining Rally, Hazell was at Weblogic and BEA Systems, where he was responsible for strategic planning, new business penetration and major account management.
Prior to being named to his new position as Rally's director of sales, Brad Norris was a regional account manager at the company. Throughout his 12 years in the software industry, Norris has worked in sales and management roles for organizations including Metatec/Discovery Systems, Dataware Technologies, Object Design and netLibrary.
