The GitHub-Services integration for Rally creates Changeset/Change information in Rally associated with the Workspace and SCM Repository of your choice. In Rally, when looking at an artifact, you can see detail on Changesets associated with commits from GitHub push activities.
 

Perforce

Relate your source code check-ins to Rally stories, tasks, and defects. The Rally Connector for Perforce delivers source code traceability and improves developer productivity by allowing them to update story, task, and defect state from a Perforce check-in. From Rally, each artifact is related to a set of Perforce check-ins with the ability to link directly to the Perforce repository.
 

Rally plugin for Microsoft Visual Studio / TFS
