  • Rally Enterprise Users: Log into Rally, click on 'Help & Training', and click on the 'Contact Support' tab to facillite faster resolution.

  • Rally On-Premise Users: Use this form to submit a case directly to Rally Support.

  • Rally Community Users: Click on the 'Training and Community Forum' link located in the footer of Rally.
