Integration Description: 

The Rally connector for JIRA provides bidirectional creation and updates of defects between Rally and JIRA. This provides an efficient means of using a separate defect tracking system without entering information twice.

Features:

  • Four services can be run in any order or combination:
    • Create defect from Rally to JIRA
    • Create defect from JIRA to Rally
    • Update defect from Rally to JIRA
    • Update defect from JIRA to Rally
  • Updates the name, description, state, priority, and owner fields
  • Abides by the (Default) JIRA Workflow
  • Supports proxy servers
  • Creates a weblink between the Rally defect and the JIRA defect

v2010.2

  • Fixed issue that caused JIRA defects to not be found by the Update-Rally-to-JIRA service when the service block filter specified did not select all issues in the JIRA project. Added as part of the solution. See the documentation for details.
