Integration Description:
This code sample shows how to create defects or stories directly from email.
Usage scenario: a company wants defects to be captured directly in the Rally tool when a customer sends an email to a specific email account (for example, defects@company.com). The email comes in as subject_line@whomever_sent_it_email_address. The description field is the body of the original email. There is also a script for creating stories.

- Documentation is sparse
- All set up must be done in the Ruby code
- Only the most basic functionality has been implemented
