How Do I Get Permission to Access a Workspace or Project in My Rally Subscription?

Rally has three types of project permissions: No Access, Viewer, and Editor.

If you are listed with No Access to a workspace or project, you will be unable to access its contents. If a work item resides in a project that you do not have access to, you will be unable to see it.

Your subscription administrator has the ability to edit this access. Only your admin can make these changes. Rally Support does not have access to change user records, including workspace and project permissions.
