How To Open a Support Case
If you have a question or concern that cannot be resolved through our Knowledgebase or Help documentation, the Rally Support team is here to assist you. Most cases filed between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mountain Time will receive a response the same business day. There are three different ways to contact support:
Rally Tool
The easiest way to contact support is via the Contact Support link found at the bottom of any page, while logged into Rally. Please fill out as many fields in the form as possible.
Rally Website
If you are unable to access the Rally Tool, the same submission form can be found on our public website. Please click this link to access the form.
Should you be unable to submit a case via the tool or our public website, simply send an email to rallysupport@rallydev.com, with details of your issue. Please send this message from the same email address you log into Rally with.
