What Is a Usage Report?

A usage report is a file that can be obtained in .csv format, which details the log in activity for a given subscription. The following fields will be included in each report:

  • Username
  • Display Name
  • Subscription Administrator? (True/False)
  • Disabled? (True/False)
  • Login Count
  • First Login Date
  • Last Login Date

Please note that these fields will contain data that is only valid for the date range specified when requesting the report.

Example - User A logs in once on 1/1/2011, and then never again. If a report for 2/1/2011 - 3/1/2011 is requested, it will show "0" for User A's Login Count.

How Do I Obtain a Usage Report?

Currently these reports can only be obtained by contacting Rally Support. Please open a new case to make this request, and specify the date range the report should cover. Our reports can scan back up to 12 months.

You MUST be a subscription administrator to request this report. If you are having trouble locating this information through your administrator, please contact your Rally Technical Account Manager.
