User Lookup

The User Lookup app provides easy access to user details. You can view all users, filter by a specific letter, or enter a search string filter. Additionally, you can edit a user by clicking the edit icon to open the user editor.

Search Area

By typing text into the search text box and either hitting enter, or hitting the search button, only users that have the search text in any of the four name fields will be displayed. For example, if you typed mark into the search box and hit enter, any user with mark in the login, display, first, or last name would be displayed. This search is case insensitive.

Alphabetic Filter

Clicking on any of the A-Z letters will show only users whose login, display, first, or last name begin with that letter. To return to seeing all users, click on the text labelled All.
