Program Management with Scrum
This two-day advanced course provides the techniques, best practices and tools you need to take your ScrumMaster certification or knowledge of basic Scrum, Agile and lean practices to the next level in your organization. You will learn how Scrum, one of the largest and fastest-growing Agile project management methodologies, can be applied in more complex program and product environments, across multiple and distributed teams and address different customer types. In addition to covering advanced approaches for scaling Scrum, Agile and lean practices across your organization, this course will provide practical, "real-world" examples of how to accelerate the pace of change in your organization and development practices.
Delivered by world-renowned Certified ScrumMaster trainers and Agile experts Jeff Sutherland, Hubert Smits and Jean Tabaka , this course will "tune up" your current knowledge of Scrum, Agile and lean practices. You'll learn how to:
- Apply different approaches to Scrum, Agile and lean practices to accelerate your current Scrum implementations.
- Leverage multi-level techniques to scale Scrum from single projects to more complex enterprise wide programs.
- Be an agent of change and help your organization transition to Scrum, lean and Agile.
- Apply tooling and metrics for automating collaboration, visibility and reporting across the organization.

Cost
$1500 per attendee (plus travel and expenses for on-sites*). The course fee includes an Scrum training materials that can be used to train your customers, access to Agile resources (including Project Management software).
