Installing the Rally Connector for JDeveloper
- Click on JDeveloper Help Menu and invoke Check for Updates feature
- Check the Open Source and Partners Extensions box under Search Update Centers
- Select the check box for the Rally Connector for JDeveloper
- Restart JDeveloper to complete installation
