Jeff Sutherland’s Scrum Log

Scrum is an Agile Software Development Process that Certified ScrumMaster Trainer Jeff Sutherland invented at Easel Corporation in 1993. Jeff worked with Ken Schwaber to emerge Scrum as a formal process at OOPSLA'95. Together, they extended and enhanced Scrum at many software companies and IT organizations. Jeff provides ScrumMaster Certification, Program Management with Scrum training, and other Agile workshops, coaching, and mentoring in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and South America. He is an expert on distributed/outsourced Scrum researching the world’s most productive global Java project and is currently helping a CMMI Level 5 company introduce Scrum for all products and projects while maintaining CMMI Level 5 certification.
