The Agile Manager workshop is designed primarily for non-executive managers. This one- to two-day offering helps prepare managers for their role in a non-traditional Agile organization.

- Understand the major principles for performance management in an Agile environment, and list three strategies for bridging the gap between traditional performance management processes and Agile ones.
- Describe methods for detecting and addressing individual and team performance problems
