Guided by experts in business, software, engineering, complex organizations and Agile development, your Agile Coach will address real work and real outcomes, using interactive techniques proven to drive collaborative results.

Begin with Collaborative Discovery

The Agile Portfolio Steering workshop begins with collaborative discovery and planning. The goal is to help your Agile Coach understand the whole picture - from current project portfolio investments and project success rates to short-term needs and long- term business strategies. Together, we will set a targeted purpose and agenda for the on-site session and ensure we have the right people and the right information in the room to ensure a successful, productive learning and working session.

On-Site Learning and Process Redesign

In one to two days on-site, your Agile Coach will lead the group to develop a shared understanding of the current portfolio management process and its challenges. You will learn Agile and Lean concepts for managing the portfolio and the business, and redesign your organization’s portfolio management process to incorporate these practices.

Your Agile Coach will guide a cross-functional leadership team through a powerful, interactive simulation that conveys how Agile portfolio management can deliver real value and improve business results. Together, we will combine what we learned from the simulation with better practices of collaboration, feedback and transparency to begin driving concrete changes to your organization’s portfolio planning and steering process.

We’ll co-develop an Agile process that emphasizes:

After the on-site session, your Agile Coach can provide you an executive summary and action plan outlining decisions, action and communication plans, coach observations and recommendations.
