Scaling Agile
The Scaling Agile course is designed to enable practitioners who are familiar with the basic principles of Agile and the basic usage of Scrum to organize, launch, and manage large initiatives involving multiple teams with hundreds of people. Please note that this course does not specifically address issues around Agile adoption and transformation across the enterprise.

- Understand several basic models for scaled Agile implementations
- Organize and facilitate large scale Release Planning and Multi-team Iteration Planning
- Explain the reasons for having a product owner team and suggest some different ways of organizing one (e.g. requirements areas)
- Identify typical engineering practices required to support large scale agile development
- Analyze tooling needs for scaling Agile based on various organizational parameters
- Understand the benefits of feature teams and the role of Communities of Practice with regard to feature teams
- Describe the role of system architecture in large scale Agile projects
- Demonstrate the use of release burnup charts
- Map the common organizational titles of Project Manager, Program Manager, and Functional Manager to roles within a large Agile initiative
- Describe how to use single level, continuous integration across geographically distributed teams
