Understanding Rally Terminology (5 min) - Basic overview of Release, Iteration, User Story, Defect, Test Case, and Task terminology.

Understanding the Rally Interface (7 min) - The typical pages that you will be using as a developer are 'My Home' and 'Iteration Status' page.

Working on Your Tasks (7 min) - All team members should be working towards getting Tasks Completed and the highest priority Story Accepted prior to moving to the next highest priority Story.  It is important to update the Tasks you are working on to ensure that the team has an up-to-date view of the Project status.

Fixing Defects (Associated with a User Story) (2 min) - Many Agile teams implement a zero-defect mentality.  As a developer, fixing high priority Defects as they are opened helps the Agile process proceed smoothly.

Customer Testimonial:

Support from Rally has been exemplary, even when we were just trialing the product. The Rally team did everything possible to make sure the tool did what it needed to do – they were responsive and looked after our users."
