Two years ago, we launched our North American user conference, RallyON, in Boulder, Colorado.  On the heels of its great reception by attendees and to support our European customer base, we are now bringing the RallyON conference to London on October 11th, 2012! RallyON Europe is the place to be for all things Agile – it brings together Agilists at every stage of transformation to share lessons learned and to talk real benefits.

Why Should You Attend?

Customers in action at RallyON 2012

RallyON Europe, held at the Museum of London, is designed to jolt your thinking about how to get the most out of Agile.  RallyON brings our coaches and customers together to encourage the sharing of ideas and to facilitate open discussion and debate.  Because of the interactive format, many of our customers have given us great feedback about attending RallyO N.

But don’t take my word for it. Here are a few direct quotes from Rally customers on why they attend RallyON:

“I attend RallyON for the sharing and the learning – to hear how my peers are using Rally, how they are solving problems…to learn more about Agile from the Rally thought leaders…”

“To learn about what’s coming up next in the Rally product…”

“To hear new ideas, fresh perspectives….to hear about how people are solving the problems we’re facing – especially in portfolio management…”

Why Am I Attending?

As Rally’s founder, I’m attending because I am excited to meet our European customers, to hear about Agile adoption in Europe and to help further Agile expertise across the pond. It is so important to me, not only am I attending but joining me are Jean Tabaka, Agile Fellow and author of Collaboration Explained and Zach Nies, Rally CTO. We will also be joined by Dean Leffingwell for a panel discussion that is sure to be animated and intense!

We see many agile adoptions focused on efficiency only but missing the more powerful gains to be found in a tighter focus on increasing the continuous flow of value.  Our marketing team calls this where “Strategy meets Execution,”  — we call it a focus on effectiveness. Tightening our thinking to bring out this effectiveness is the goal of the conference.
